Before I visited Jackson Elementary School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the students made many shoe house homes for Bizzy Bones and Uncle Ezra. After I left they sent me over 20 photographs of the houses -- many more than I could put on this page. Here are just a few of them. Thanks to the many students who worked hard to make a home for Bizzy.
Other students worked to learn about photography, in conjunction with the reading of Snowflake Bentley. Since we did not have permission to post the photos of the students whose images where in these frames we blocked out the actual pictures. However, we wanted to show the clever frames they designed and to share the idea of learning about photography. The photographs were very well done. Congratulations to all the students who worked on this project. I really enjoyed seeing the photographs.
